FAQ
The short version. For anything else, reach out to support.
Are these for human use?
No. All products are sold strictly for laboratory and research use only, not for human consumption. You must be 18 or older to order.
How do I pay?
Crypto only. You place the order, then pick your coin on the payment page — USDC has no fee; other coins show their conversion surcharge before you choose one. Then send the exact amount and paste the required transaction ID so we can verify it on-chain. If a valid transaction ID will not verify, you can add a screenshot for manual review.
Learn how to find your transaction ID
Why do I have to paste a transaction ID?
It is how your payment gets matched to your order. Everyone sends to the same address, so the transaction ID is what tells us which payment is yours. Paste it and the order moves on by itself. It takes about thirty seconds, and the guide below shows exactly where to find it in a wallet or on an exchange.
Where to find your transaction ID
I sent the wrong amount. What happens?
The money is not lost, and you should never send the whole payment a second time.
- A little under the exact amount — usually an exchange or bridge fee taken in transit — shows as short, and the payment page carries a Top up button for the difference.
- A large shortfall is held for a person to look at instead of being settled automatically. The page says so and asks you not to send anything else yet.
- If nothing from your transaction reached our address at all, there is no part-payment to top up. That usually means the funds went somewhere else, so contact support with your transaction ID before doing anything.
- Over the exact amount still confirms your order. The surplus is shown on your order page and we reach out to return or credit it.
I sent the wrong coin, or on the wrong network.
Both are detected rather than lost, and the order is held for a person to review instead of confirming. Do not send again. Contact support with your transaction ID and we will sort it out with you.
My payment window ran out before I sent anything.
Nothing is lost. Reload the payment page and it re-prices itself at the current rate, with a fresh amount and a fresh window. Your order is still there. If you had already sent the old amount, use the next answer instead of sending again.
I already paid but never pasted my transaction ID.
Your funds are safe. Open the order under Account then Orders and submit the transaction ID there. That still works if the order now shows as expired, and it is the right move even if the payment window closed days ago. Do not place a second order and do not send again.
How long does confirmation take?
It depends on the network you paid on. Solana finalizes in seconds. Ethereum takes a couple of minutes. Bitcoin waits for two blocks, so allow roughly twenty minutes. The payment page updates itself, and you can close it — we email you when the order confirms.
My payment says it is confirming on the network. Is something wrong?
No. It means your transaction has been found and we are waiting for the network to make it final. That is the normal step between sending and confirmed, and nothing is needed from you — the order advances on its own.
Where do you ship?
It depends on the channel, and on the individual buy:
- Orders from the shop ship within the United States.
- A group buy ships standard — we pack it and send it — to the US, and to the UK and geographic Europe on any buy that posts rates for those regions, with no minimum to reach.
- Where a buy does not offer standard shipping to your region, it may still ship supplier-direct, which can carry its own product minimums, mix-and-match total, or overall kit minimum.
- Bulk offers ship to listed destinations in the US, the UK, and geographic Europe.
- The rates and qualification message shown in your cart and at checkout are the ones that apply to your order, and an unlisted destination is unavailable online.
When will my order ship?
In-stock and bulk orders are packed once payment confirms. A group buy follows the timeline posted on its own page, and that timeline is the honest answer — it can move as supplier, testing, customs, and carrier information develops. Tracking is emailed the moment your order ships.
Track an order
My order arrived in two packages, or one is missing.
Some orders ship in more than one package. An add-on that has to travel separately is packed and sent on its own and can land later than the rest. Each package gets its own tracking and your order page lists them all, so if one shows shipped and the other does not, the second is still coming.
What if customs seizes my package?
Bulk orders carry a published reship guarantee: seized by customs, or a failed COA from a reputable lab, and we reship. For a group-buy order, contact support with your order code and we will look at it with you.
What is a group buy?
A batch-pricing campaign where you pay now to reserve your kits. Pre-order buys ship after the buy closes and stock lands; in-stock buys begin packing after the sale ends. Every buy posts its own expected timeline, and timing can change as supplier, testing, customs, and carrier information develops. Caps are first-come.
Can I cancel an order?
You can cancel an unpaid order from its payment page. Once payment is detected, use the options shown on the order page or contact support.
- Some buys are all sales final.
- Otherwise a change request and a cancellation refund both have to be asked for before the buy closes — at close that count is committed to the supplier.
- If you already have a request open when a buy closes, it stays open for a few days so it can be finished; after that it closes itself and we email you.
How do refunds work?
When a paid group-buy order is eligible, open it in your account and submit a cancellation refund request.
- Choose USDC on Solana or USDC on Ethereum, then enter the current wallet address twice.
- You cannot withdraw a submitted request from your account, and your kits stay reserved while an operator reviews and sends the refund.
- A full refund returns the value of your order. Refunds are sent as USDC on Ethereum or Solana, converted at the rate when we send it. A refund for a change to your order returns the value of the items.
Are products tested?
Certificates of analysis come with group buys, not with bulk orders. Every report we publish is kept in the COA library, grouped by the batch it came from. If you ordered a custom certificate as an add-on, that one is emailed to you as a private link rather than published.
