Terms of Service

All products are sold strictly for laboratory and research purposes and are not for human or animal consumption. By ordering you confirm you are 18 or older and will handle products accordingly.

Orders are paid in cryptocurrency only. Accepted coins, network, exact amount, and any conversion surcharge are shown before you send payment. Funds sent using the wrong asset, amount, address, or network may require manual review and may be unrecoverable.

• Orders from the shop ship within the United States.
• A group buy ships standard — we pack it and send it — to the US, and to the UK and geographic Europe on any buy that posts rates for those regions, with no minimum to reach.
• Where a buy does not offer standard shipping to your region, it may still ship supplier-direct, which can carry its own product minimums, mix-and-match total, or overall kit minimum.
• Bulk offers ship to listed destinations in the US, the UK, and geographic Europe.
• The rates and qualification message shown in your cart and at checkout are the ones that apply to your order, and an unlisted destination is unavailable online.

Supported destinations include countries in geographic Europe that sit outside the European Union. A supplier-direct route may also exclude particular products. The country list, qualification message, shipping charge, and fulfillment method shown in your cart and at checkout control your order. Title and risk pass on hand-off to the carrier.

Most group-buy orders are pre-orders: you pay now and receive your kits after the buy closes and stock arrives. Some buys use inventory already on hand and identify that fulfillment model on the buy page. Caps are first-come. Each buy publishes its estimated shipping timeline, but supplier, testing, customs, and carrier circumstances can change it.

You can cancel an unpaid order from its payment page. Paid group-buy orders use the structured request options shown on the secure order page, which states the windows that apply to that buy.

• Some buys are all sales final.
• Otherwise a change request and a cancellation refund both have to be asked for before the buy closes — at close that count is committed to the supplier.
• If you already have a request open when a buy closes, it stays open for a few days so it can be finished; after that it closes itself and we email you.

A submitted cancellation refund request cannot be withdrawn from your account. Your quantities stay reserved until an approved refund is completed, and then go back into the buy. A full refund returns the value of your order. Refunds are sent as USDC on Ethereum or Solana, converted at the rate when we send it. A refund for a change to your order returns the value of the items.

When an order ships, we email a secure ChosenOnesPep shipment link and show the carrier and tracking number in your account. Live movement and delivery scans are provided by the carrier on its official site. Carrier scans may take time to appear after a label is created or a package is first accepted.

Each giveaway identifies its eligible audience, prize, number of winners, and draw timing. The audience may be people who enter, verified registered members, or customers with a confirmed paid order. One account receives at most one entry in a draw. Winners are selected with cryptographically secure randomness from a locked eligibility snapshot. Duplicate, disabled, deleted, unverified, or abusive accounts may be excluded.

Entering needs your Telegram username — that is how winners are announced. Everyone in the draw is shown by @handle on the reel, not only the winners. If you win, your @handle is also on the giveaway page, stays there in the past-giveaways list, and appears in the replay of the draw and in any recording of it. Nothing else about you is ever published: no email, name, address, or order details.
