Refund Policy

The order page is the source of truth for whether a paid group-buy order can still be changed or cancelled.

• Some buys are all sales final.
• Otherwise a change request and a cancellation refund both have to be asked for before the buy closes — at close that count is committed to the supplier.
• If you already have a request open when a buy closes, it stays open for a few days so it can be finished; after that it closes itself and we email you.

Open the paid group-buy order in your account and choose Request full refund. Review the order code carefully before submitting. You cannot withdraw the request from your account afterward, so contact support immediately if any detail is wrong.

After you submit, the request panel shows your order total. That is the figure we recorded when you asked, not the amount that comes back — see below.

A full refund returns the value of your order. Refunds are sent as USDC on Ethereum or Solana, converted at the rate when we send it. A refund for a change to your order returns the value of the items.

To see what that figure is on your own order, open it in your account: the Payment section lists every payment on the order and shows its dollar amount, labelled Paid, Quoted or Seen depending on where that payment has got to. What actually landed is what the refund is measured from.

If part of the order has already been refunded, that part is not sent a second time. An underpaid order returns what actually landed.

Choose USDC on Solana or USDC on Ethereum. Enter the current wallet address twice and confirm the network. We use the address on that specific request, never an old payment address from another transaction.

Your choice here decides which network we send on, not how much comes back. Whatever the refund is worth in dollars, we convert it at the moment we send it.

Submitting a request does not move funds or free up your quantities right away. They stay reserved while an operator reviews it. When the operator sends the crypto and completes the cancellation, your quantities go back into the buy. We record the refund transaction ID and email you when it is complete.

A closed change or cancellation window does not prevent you from reporting a payment mistake, missing shipment, damaged order, or other fulfillment problem. Contact support with your order code for individual review.
