Privacy Policy

To operate accounts and fulfill orders, we store your email, login details, shipping address, phone number, and your Telegram username, which we ask for when you create an account and again at checkout if your account does not have one. At checkout you may enter none if you do not have a username; that value is not treated as a contact handle. We also record order activity and on-chain payment details. Refund requests include the selected coin, network, wallet address, and completed refund transaction ID. We never collect or store card data because payment is crypto-only.

We use account and contact details for sign-in security, transactional email, support, fraud prevention, fulfillment, and carrier delivery needs. Order and payment records support inventory, accounting, payment review, changes, refunds, and customer service.

We share only the information needed with service providers that operate hosting, database, email, security, and fulfillment functions. A shipping carrier or label service receives the delivery details needed to transport an order. We do not sell personal data.

ChosenOnesPep stores the carrier and tracking number you see in your account and secure shipment page. We do not send that tracking number to a third-party tracking aggregator. If you choose Track with carrier, your browser opens the carrier's official site and that carrier's privacy terms apply.

A giveaway may be limited to people who enter, verified registered members, or customers with a confirmed paid order. The giveaway page identifies the eligible audience.

Entering needs your Telegram username — that is how winners are announced. Everyone in the draw is shown by @handle on the reel, not only the winners. If you win, your @handle is also on the giveaway page, stays there in the past-giveaways list, and appears in the replay of the draw and in any recording of it. Nothing else about you is ever published: no email, name, address, or order details.

Staff may attach a private discount to your account. The assignment and any redemption are stored so the offer appears in your account, cannot be used by an unassigned account, and cannot be redeemed more often than its configured limit.

You can request account deletion from Account settings or contact support. We remove or anonymize account data where possible while retaining the minimal order, payment, security, and fulfillment records needed for accounting, dispute handling, abuse prevention, and legal compliance.

One thing deletion cannot undo: a draw that has already run. Your handle stays on that round in the past-giveaways list, because the result is a public record of a draw other people watched. Everything else about the account — the saved handle included — is cleared.
